To give managers and safety representatives an understanding of how psychological safety affects health, engagement and sickness absence, along with concrete methods for actively building teams that thrive and for meeting the employer's responsibilities for the psychosocial work environment.

How the course is structured

A full-day course with theory on psychological safety and group dynamics, interwoven with reflective exercises and tools participants can use straight away in their everyday work. The content is tied clearly to the employer's psychosocial responsibilities and to systematic work environment management.

We are happy to run the course on site with you, with group exercises and interactive discussion grounded in your own organisation. It works just as well online. All our courses can be combined and adapted to your wishes and needs.

Anna works with leadership and team development, focusing on communication, feedback culture and change management. She combines long experience as an HR director with a diploma in coaching, and delivers training, coaching and development programmes for managers and management teams.
