The purpose of the course

To give participants an understanding of, and practical tools for, the health factors — communication, feedback, relationships and meaningfulness — that research shows have the greatest effect on wellbeing and low sickness absence. It supports the preventive work environment management that private-sector employers are obliged to carry out.

How the course is structured

A full-day course with theory on health factors and enjoyment at work, combined with group discussion and exercises in communication and feedback. Participants identify the strengths and the areas for development in their own workplace and draw up prioritised measures within the framework of systematic work environment management.

We are happy to run the course on site with you, with group exercises and interactive discussion grounded in your own organisation. It works just as well online. All our courses can be combined and adapted to your wishes and needs.

Annelie is an inspiring speaker who, with warmth, humour and long experience, gets people both laughing and thinking. With a background as a work environment strategist and headteacher, and long experience of work environment questions, she has a rare ability to combine knowledge with commitment.
