Healthier workplaces at the agency
How government agencies build systematic health work in the Health Portal – with SAM and OSA as the foundation and clear follow-up.
Common challenges in the four areas
Health at work is shaped in four areas. The list is a starting point for your own assessment – your own judgement decides what matters most.
- Sedentary and screen-based work
- Ergonomics in the office and at home
- Field work and business travel
- Peaks in workload and tight deadlines
- The digital work environment and being constantly connected
- Threats and difficult encounters in the exercise of public authority
- The boundary between work and free time
- Movement in everyday life
- Recovery after intense periods
- The remit and public trust
- Collaboration with other agencies
- The agency as an attractive employer
Focus areas to start with
A clear and fair organisation
Clear remits and decisions create security at work.
Prioritising work tasks
Workload peaks require clarity about what can wait.
Communication and feedback
Goals and results need to reach every part of the agency.

How a rollout works
From contract to follow-up after one year. The approach is adapted to your organisation, but the steps are the same.
Two ways to buy
Call-off under a framework agreement
If you have a framework agreement in force that includes Helo Hälsa, you place a call-off under its terms. This is often the quickest way to get started.
Direct award
If the total value of the contract is below the direct award threshold – SEK 700,000 excl. VAT under the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU) 2026 – you can make a direct award. The value is calculated over the whole contract period, including any extensions. We prepare a price proposal and supporting documents for your records.
- 3 monthsIs the portal up and running? Is it being used as planned?
- 6 monthsHow are the action plans going? What needs adjusting?
- 12 monthsResults against the goals, and a plan for next year.
- 2 yearsLong-term goals are reached and you move the organisation forward.
- To infinity… and beyond!
