Read moreThe Analyse module is the Health Portal's decision support. Data from assessments, measures, training and rehabilitation cases gathers into dashboards, reports and an annual plan that holds the planning together — so you can see what is actually happening in the organisation, and show it to the management team.

Results from assessments and measures are aggregated automatically in the analytics tools, and historical data can be imported from your HR systems or added manually.
Dashboards are tailored by role — employees, managers, HR and safety representatives each see what is relevant to them.
Add statutory activities and other measures, each with an owner and a clear deadline.
Reminders go out automatically, and the report is ready when the management team asks.
The current position is visible straight away instead of being compiled by hand before every meeting.
The same data supports both the day-to-day follow-up and the reporting to management and the board.
The annual cycle and workflows give every activity an owner and a deadline.
The analytics tools are the Analyse module — the hub of the Health Portal. Everything that happens in the other modules lands here: assessments from Prevent, training and coaching from Promote, and rehabilitation cases from Rectify.
About the Health Portal →The module has four parts: Dashboard, Reporting, Planning and Workflows. Together they give a combined picture of health and work environment, evidence for reporting, and a structure for planning and following up measures.
From the other modules in the portal — health assessments and surveys in Prevent, booked measures and training in Promote, and rehabilitation cases in Rectify. Existing data can also be imported from your HR systems.

No. They are part of the Health Portal and are included when you use the platform — it is in the interplay with the other modules that they do their work.
Yes. Investigation, risk assessment, measures and follow-up — the four steps of systematic work environment management — are documented and followed up in one place instead of in separate documents.
