Employee survey
Surveys and pulse checks using validated question sets.
Read moreA digital survey gives a clear, data-driven picture of employees' health, work environment and ergonomic strain — evidence that strengthens your systematic work environment management and shows where measures do the most good. Add blood tests where needed.

Employees answer digitally, using evidence-based questions about health, stress and work environment.
The answers are compiled into a report with risk assessment at individual, group and organisation level.
You get prioritised recommendations and can put the right measure in place where the data says it is needed.
The employee orders and takes a blood test, and receives individual feedback from a doctor.
An anonymised picture by group and department — you see where the challenges actually sit.
Prioritised recommendations mean the health budget goes to what actually has an effect.
The report works as a basis for work environment management and risk assessment.
The assessment sits in the Prevent module and is sent out, answered and compiled directly in the Health Portal. The result feeds the Analyse module and becomes a living dashboard rather than a PDF that ends up in a folder.
About the Health Portal →A health assessment is a digital survey giving a combined picture of employees' health, stress, work environment and ergonomic strain. The answers are compiled into an anonymised report with a risk assessment and concrete recommendations.
The answers are anonymous to the employer and summarised at group level. The individual receives their own summary and feedback. The handling follows the GDPR.
Validated instruments such as EQ-5D for general health and UWES for stress and burnout, along with SF-36 and SF-12 for health status. Which set is used depends on what you want to examine.
Yes. Testing can be ordered through our partner. The results go directly to the employee — no health data from the blood test is shared with Helo or with the employer.
The report suits employers with more than 10 staff, since results are reported in aggregate and the groups need to be large enough to protect anonymity.
Yes. The assessment provides documented evidence for investigation and risk assessment, two of the fundamental steps in systematic work environment management under the Swedish regulation AFS 2023:1.
Most employers repeat the assessment once a year. That lets the result be compared over time so you can see whether the measures have actually had an effect.
