Rehabilitation
Structured rehabilitation workflows that get employees back sooner.
Read morePreventive and rectifying occupational health care, available wherever the employee happens to be. Statutory medical checks, team-based delivery for effective and personal rehabilitation, and direct support for managers in difficult personnel cases.

The employee sends a request in the portal.
HR considers it and opens the right to book for a limited period and a set number of appointments.
The booking is made directly with the occupational health service. The employer does not see who was booked or why.
HR follows volume and compliance in aggregate — never at individual level.
When no reason has to be given, more people dare to book in time — before the problem grows.
Compliance with statutory medical checks is visible in one place instead of in separate binders.
The statistics only show groups of at least five people. Smaller groups are hidden, so nothing can be traced to an individual employee.

We staff the occupational health service with licensed healthcare professionals, work environment specialists and coaches. We put together a cross-functional team to support the whole person's needs, and offer direct support to managers and employers too — for a more effective way back to work, built on real meetings and conversations. Expand a role to read what that person does.
Support for alcohol, drugs, gambling or other addiction. Maps the situation, holds therapeutic conversations and supports the manager in how to handle the case.
Examines and treats problems in the back, neck and joints with manual methods, and advises on how to keep them from returning.
Psychosocial conversational support in crisis, grief, relationship difficulties or social and financial worry, and guidance on to the right service.
Support after accidents, threats, violence, bereavement and other serious events. Contact within 24 hours, with support both for the person affected and for the manager and the team around them.
Gives dietary advice on a medical basis, both on everyday eating habits and for conditions that call for an adapted diet.
Assesses working postures, physical load and how the workplace is laid out. Gives concrete advice on adaptations to prevent and ease problems in the neck, back and shoulders.
Works with everyday health habits — sleep, recovery, movement, food and the balance between work and free time — and follows the employee over time.
Develops managers and leaders in the role — communication, decisions, group dynamics and their own sustainable leadership.
Assesses and treats mental ill health — stress, anxiety, low mood and crises. Works both with individual employees and with supervision for managers and teams.
Conversational support for the bigger questions of direction, meaning and choice — in transition, after a loss, or when things feel stuck.
Support in people matters: difficult conversations, conflicts, reorganisation, rehabilitation responsibility and employment law questions.
Support for menopause symptoms and how they affect the working day. Knowledge and tools for the employee, and advice on adaptations for the manager.
Assesses how well the employee manages their work tasks and everyday life, and suggests adaptations, aids and strategies — often where there are cognitive difficulties or pronounced fatigue.
Builds training and physical activity around the employee's conditions and goals, and supports them in making it last.
Examines and treats musculoskeletal problems, sets up rehabilitation programmes and advises on physical load at work.
Holds the rehabilitation together from beginning to end: plans the measures, keeps contact between employee, manager, healthcare and the Social Insurance Agency, and follows up the plan until the employee is back.
Holds lectures and workshops for the whole workplace on health, work environment and leadership — knowledge for many at once rather than one at a time.
Works with stress and recovery: looks for the causes, teaches concrete tools and supports the way back to a sustainable workload.
Examines the physical work environment — noise, air, chemicals, lighting and safety — and supports risk assessments and systematic work environment management.
Booking occupational health care is part of the Rectify module and is marked as confidential in the portal. HR or the manager controls the right to book; the employee controls the content.
About the Health Portal →No. For open referrals, neither a reason nor a category is recorded. HR never sees what the booking is about — that stays between the employee and the occupational health service.
If you have an ongoing rehabilitation case, and/or you give your consent, you can share information about the booking and its content with your employer.
If it is a statutory check and the check requires it, the employer receives only a pass or a fail on whether you meet the requirements for the work task — in Sweden a so-called certificate of fitness for work (tjänstbarhetsintyg).
Booking requires a referral and approval from HR or a manager. The employee sends a request in the portal, without giving any reason, and HR decides whether to open the right to book.
HR or the manager can also open the booking page without the employee sending a request first.
Certain work tasks and exposures require the employer to offer medical checks under the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations. In the portal they are handled as their own referral type, with a combined compliance overview.
HR sets the validity period when the referral is opened — 30, 60, 90 or 180 days — along with the number of appointments included. The booking page closes automatically for the employee once the granted appointments have been used.
Aggregated booking volume per role and month. To protect the individual, only groups of at least five people are shown; smaller groups are hidden. The statistics can never be traced to an individual employee.
