The purpose of the course

To give participants practical tools for actively improving the workplace climate through structured feedback, a coaching approach and clear communication — and thereby to prevent the conflict, stress and ill health that can lead to higher sickness absence and costs for the employer.

How the course is structured

A full-day course with theory on feedback, communication and coaching leadership, combined with practical exercises in pairs and groups. Participants practise on real conversational situations and get concrete models for integrating a coaching, health-promoting approach into their day-to-day work environment management.

We are happy to run the course on site with you, with group exercises and interactive discussion grounded in your own organisation. It works just as well online. All our courses can be combined and adapted to your wishes and needs.

Over many years as a teacher I guided and supervised pupils and groups towards good results. As a coach, consultant and leadership developer the audience has changed, certainly, but the assignment has stayed the same: support people in their development, and take care of the groups you meet. Whether I have worked in a school or as a business owner, the attitude has been the same: when I look in the mirror in the evening, I want to know that I have done what I could for my pupils or my clients.
