The purpose of the course

To give solid foundational knowledge of work environment management, the legislation in force, and the roles and responsibilities of the parties in the workplace. It creates a shared platform for collaboration between employer and safety representative, in line with the collective agreement's requirement for active work environment management.

How the course is structured

The course covers systematic work environment management, the responsibilities of employer and employee, the fundamental regulations, and how to work practically with investigating, assessing risk and rectifying shortcomings. It is built directly to Afa Försäkring's requirements for basic training funding.

We are happy to run the course on site with you, with group exercises and interactive discussion grounded in your own organisation. It works just as well online. All our courses can be combined and adapted to your wishes and needs.

Who it is for

Managers with staff responsibility and delegated work environment duties in the private sector. The foundation course also works well when managers and safety representatives attend together, which qualifies for higher reimbursement from Afa Försäkring.

Greta is an HR consultant, work environment specialist and trainer with long experience from the public sector, private business and church organisations alike. In her assignments she works with manager support, work environment investigations, training and development programmes in organisations, combining strategic HR work with practical support for managers and teams.
