Why do you lecture on preventive health and work environment management?
I want to contribute to workplaces where people not only perform, but also have the conditions to feel well and keep going over time.

Sara
Speaker | Behavioural scientist | Counsellor
Sara has worked as a counsellor within occupational health, meeting people in the middle of change and often seeing the consequences when stress and ill health have gone too far. Alongside that she works as an implementation consultant, supporting municipalities in putting new ways of working into practice. Her lectures combine psychological knowledge with a strong sense of recognition and concrete tools that can be used in an already pressured working day.
Sara is a behavioural scientist with a bachelor's degree in psychology and further training in conversational method and motivational interviewing (MI). She has experience of working with people in change, both individually and in groups, and within occupational health.
Sara lectures on how we build sustainable workplaces where people feel well — and have the reserves to keep going. Combining psychological knowledge, recognition and concrete tools, she helps organisations move from reactive to proactive health work.
The lectures are easy to take in, easy to put into practice, and create both reflection and the motivation to change.

I want to contribute to workplaces where people not only perform, but also have the conditions to feel well and keep going over time.
Sustainable health in working life is created in everyday work, not in one-off initiatives. By working more preventively and making small, concrete changes in daily work, organisations can reduce stress, strengthen the working climate and create the conditions for people to keep going over time.
I am a behavioural scientist with a bachelor's degree in psychology and further training in motivational interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care and attachment patterns, among other things. I have worked as a counsellor within occupational health, where I met people in the middle of change and often saw the consequences when stress and ill health had gone too far.
