Women going through the menopause are often the workplace's invisible superheroes. They hold invaluable experience, maturity and focus — but far too many are struggling in silence with sleep problems, brain fog and stress. The result? Both enjoyment and performance take a hit.
We have to be able to talk about this — without it becoming awkward.
With the right support and an inclusive culture, women going through the menopause do not just "get by" — they can flourish, contribute and go on being the resource every workplace actually needs.
With the right tools and the right attitude, together we can build workplaces where women going through the menopause do not just get by — they flourish and contribute.
What you take away
How we build an open culture where the menopause is not taboo, but a natural part of life
What actually happens in the body, without needing a medical dictionary to follow along
Why so many women struggle in silence — and how we can turn that into energy and engagement
Concrete, simple things the workplace can do to support — straight away
Suitable for: Managers and HR who want to understand and support better, and all employees — women, men, younger and older — because everyone gains from more knowledge and less taboo.

Why do you lecture on the menopause and women's health?
Having been through the menopause myself, and having met many women over my years as a personal trainer, I want to share my experience and knowledge of women's health — so that more people can feel better during what is, for many, a tricky period of life. As a speaker I can share my knowledge with more women, but also with employers, about how a workplace can be strengthened from the standpoint of women's health.

What is your background and training as a speaker?
I have worked as a personal trainer and menopause expert for 17 years and have solid knowledge of the subject.
