The purpose of the course

To give participants practical tools for preventive work on the organisational and social work environment from a health perspective, and to create a shared basis for collaboration on it in the workplace. The course supports the employer's duties under the Swedish regulation AFS 2023:2.

How the course is structured

A full-day course combining theory, group discussion and practical exercises tied to the participants' own workplaces. It starts from the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on the organisational and social work environment, alternating knowledge of the rules with concrete methods for identifying and handling risks connected to workload, working hours and victimisation at work.

We are happy to run the course on site with you, with group exercises and interactive discussion grounded in your own organisation. It works just as well online. All our courses can be combined and adapted to your wishes and needs.

Who it is for

Managers with staff responsibility and delegated work environment duties, along with safety representatives in the private sector. It works particularly well as joint training where manager and safety representative attend together.
