About Erik
Over many years as a teacher I guided and supervised pupils and groups towards good results. As a coach, consultant and leadership developer the audience has changed, certainly, but the assignment has stayed the same: support people in their development, and take care of the groups you meet. Whether I have worked in a school or as a business owner, the attitude has been the same: when I look in the mirror in the evening, I want to know that I have done what I could for my pupils or my clients.
Now I want to help you as a leader feel the same.
The key to success, whatever you are setting out to do, is this as I see it: do something that feels meaningful. Make sure you have fun at work sometimes. Never stop developing.
